Here is a brand-new general/0-day tracker with a very elegant style, good speeds and an active community. The tracker has scene torrents but also has NoGrp torrents; at the moment the statistics are: ~100 users and 161 torrents. It's free upload so, you can easily maintain a good ratio here and it also has x2 upload so you can build a good buffer with ease. The forum is well organized and we expect a nice increase in forum activity.

The source code they are using is trash though. It is a well maintained site.
